Zasielanie objednaných rastlín

Odoslanie je zvyčajne nasledujúci pondelok alebo utorok po prijatí platby za objednávku.

Objednávky nad 100 EUR maju zdarma poštovné.

Vybrať si môžete z možností Packeta na výdajne miesto alebo ZBOX (3.9 EUR), Slovenská pošta na adresu alebo na postu (3.9 - 5 EUR). Konečná suma za poštovné Vám bude vyrátaná na konci objednávky.

Pre zásielky do ČR využívame Zásilkovnu na výdajne miesto (5 EUR).

Rastliny balíme zodpovedne, avšak nepreberáme zodpovednosť za škody spôsobené pri doprave. Avšak vždy si balík nafoťte a v prípade problémov sa pokúsime vyriešiť reklamáciu cez zásielkovú službu.

Shipments

The orders are sent on Mondays and Tuesday after your order has been paid.In case of shipment within Austria, we use Austrian post Services or DHL.In case of international shipments, we use DHL and the costs for the shipment is 20 EUR. The shipping costs includes also packaging. You will receive the tracking number.We are experienced in packing the plants safely, however, we are not liable for any damages during the shipment, however please always make a picture of the package delivered to you and we can try to submit a claim together.
